    A nice place to stay while visiting Rome is the Londra and Cargill hotel. Ideally located in close vicinity to the historical sights like the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, the hotel offers excellent modern facilities and very hospitable clerk service.

    The building itself is build as a rather typical 19th-century palazzo and represents the style of its time. A nice base for visiting the ancient Sallustio Gardens and Via Veneto, as any tourist would like to. The Villa Borghese gardens are also a 15-minute walk away.

    The inner hotel facilities are of the premier European class: at the hotel restaurant you can try dishes of classical Italian or international cuisine. There is also a cocktail lounge to pass some time and a new conference facility of 300 people capacity.

    All rooms are equipped with minibar, satellite TV, private bathroom, radio system and direct dial phone.

    One can expect a tranquil and hospitable atmosphere as well as take advantage of the comfort, offered by the staff and hotel facilities.
